8-Day VIP Caribbean Marketer’s Cruise with Sarah

Wow, I can’t believe we’re almost in October. I have to say so far this year has been a complete blast…

I have to start somewhere so let’s start with the Marketers Cruise…..

As most of you know I spent a week on the Internet Marketers Cruise this January and learnt so many new things!

I got to hang out with Mike Filsaime, Tom Beal, and loads of other internet millionaires, including my good friend Tye Cohen.

Internet marketers cruise 2018

Trust me on this, there is absolutely nothing like having a coffee or dinner with someone you’ve only ever met online, or whose books you have read.

It’s a completely different experience to seeing somebody on stage or on a webinar and being able to chat face-to-face with them in person can be a real game changer.

You get to ask any question you like and get a straight answer.

So let me ask you….

Imagine for a moment you were having dinner with three Internet marketing millionaires…
What questions would you ask?

It is difficult to understate how important the Marketers Cruise has been to me.

The big takeaway from my first cruise was that my small list was as responsive as people with much bigger lists and I was in the top half percent of serious marketers.

A few years ago on another cruise, I bumped into Tye Cohen over pizza, we got on and did some JV deals that made me over $250k.

But the thing is… it’s not really about the money.

It’s about being with people who are driven and successful in the same market that you are.

It raises your sights, sometimes just knowing a thing is possible is enough to give you that spur to get on and do it.

Oh, and did I forget to mention its a load of fun as well.

One of the weirdest things that happened to me on the cruise this year was getting my feet eaten by fish in Mexico, a fish pedicure.

Fish pedicure

These are just some of the things that happen on the Internet marketers cruise….

Oh, and the other fun thing was having a cookery class in how to create a 3-course Mexican dinner.

And we got to eat the results afterwards..

One of the highlights of the Marketers Cruise for me is the “Quick Tips” sharing exercise that takes place. You get so much good stuff from that you can fill a book with it.

Would you like to come with me on the next Internet marketers cruise?

The Internet marketers cruise is a very exclusive event.

DO NOT DELAY – THIS SELLS OUT EVERY SINGLE YEAR!

In fact, the 2018 cruise has almost sold out.

300 people have already bought their tickets! This is not hype this is fact.
Book your place now 🙂

The thing I love about the cruises is the mix of people:

  • Complete beginners
  • Bricks and mortar business owners
  • Internet millionaires
  • Underground affiliate marketers

Each night at dinner we sit a different table.

One night I might be sitting at a table chatting to a complete beginner and helping them set up their business.

The next night I might be sitting next to an Internet millionaire, or an underground affiliate marketer, and they will be teaching me stuff to help me in my business!

I’m looking to bring 10 people from my licence partner team and my email list on the cruise next year.

What I’d like to do is run several masterminds either over breakfast or over dinner on the cruise. This will only be available to the first 10 people that book.
These mastermind sessions will be all about you. How you can build your business in 2018. How you can make your first $10,000. During the cruise, we will also work on your plan.

That’s why I am limiting it to 10 people.

Book your place now 🙂

In fact 7 people from my list have already booked places on the 2018 Internet marketers cruise.

The 2018 cruise will last for eight days and you can book a ticket for only $1,098.00 per person! Remember that’s fully inclusive of all your food!

If you’d like to come on the cruise you do need to book your ticket within the next week before all of the places are taken!

Where else will you get to hang out with some of the world’s best known Internet marketers and also have a chance to hang out with Sarah Staar over dinner and on the beach!

By the way, I’m bringing my full team with me on the cruise in 2018 myself, Dave, Angela, Kathy, Catherine and Su.

Speeding at 119 miles per hour

As some of you may know, Dave is a bit of a petrolhead and absolutely loves his white Jaguar.
We quite often get into discussions comparing notes between my Tesla and his Jaguar.

A couple of weeks back, we got onto the subject of top speeds and I asked Dave how fast would his car actually go if we put it on a racetrack, 100 miles an hour, 110, 120.

It’s hard to say. Dave suggested that we go to a racetrack to test out how fast his car would actually go.

I went online and booked a track day at the Goodwood Race Circuit.

A week later, we both turned up at the race circuit.

There was a very interesting mix of people at this event, drivers with regular street cars such as BMWs and Mercedes to the most serious bunch, the people who obviously did this as their full-time hobby.

This consisted either of very fast sports cars such as McLarens or Aerial Atoms or modified Japanese imported cars like the kind of cars you see in the Fast and the Furious films!!

I decided not to be a passenger in the car as this would fill me with horror so I decided to stand on the track side and take photos.

I could see Dave was having great fun and managing to overtake and outmaneuver cars which were much more powerful than his.

Dave at goodwood

On the main straight, Dave managed to get up to 119 miles per hour. Pretty incredible especially since Dave’s car is a diesel.

Here were loads of different cars there ranging from 30 -year-old BMWs to very expensive brand new McLaren sports cars that cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.

The guys driving the McLarens seemed to be very cautious and were not on the track for very long at all…

I guess they were kind of paranoid about writing their cars off.
Now the guys in the much older cars which they had obviously modified themselves were taking much higher risks and seemed to be having a lot more fun.

Sometimes, simple is better

The same thing is true with internet marketing and affiliate marketing. Simple is sometimes best.
There are all sorts of expensive, complicated and glamorous tools you can buy as an internet marketer.

  • Keyword tools
  • Competition analysis tools
  • Building sales funnels
  • Learning loopholes

Sometimes you just need to get back to basics, keep things simple..

  • Find an affiliate product to promote.
  • Send traffic to that product.
  • Make sales.

Sounds simple, doesn’t it?

Well, that’s because it is. These are the strategies I use when I make sales with affiliate marketing.
Would you like me to teach you how to profit from affiliate marketing the simple way?

If you’d like me to teach you how to become a super affiliate and how to profit from affiliate marketing without having to learn all that complicated stuff. Watch this video to find out more 🙂
Must go now.
All the best,

Sarah Staar
By the way:
I’ll upload some photos from the track today to my Facebook page and also to my blog.

Sarah Staar IM Newsletter – Absolutely gob smacked

At 10pm on Wednesday I saw a post on Facebook advertising an Internet marketing meet up in Glasgow.  One of the things I love to do in life is make snap decisions. Personally I don’t see the point in thinking about something for days or weeks. I prefer to just get on with it and take massive action.
RedTesla

OK so I thought about it (for all of about 10 seconds !!) and then decided to set off the next morning for the first major road trip in my new Tesla electric car.

CongratsTesla

It was funny when I walked into the showroom last week to collect my new car, there was a big sheet over the car and a sign next to the car which said Sarah Staar’s Tesla.

RedTeslaCovered

The staff in the showroom gathered round and said 123 then pulled off the sheet to reveal the car.. Pretty cool hey…

If you’d like to see a video of the reveal it’s on my Facebook profile page.

The thing I love about Internet marketing is the freedom it gives you to do stuff when you want and how you want.

So I set off on Thursday morning and drove to my first stop, which was Bristol, (yes I know it’s not exactly en route !) to meet up with my good friend Deborah and chat about a project she is working on for me.

Now I got this Tesla just in time to take advantage of their free supercharger network.

VolvoCharging

So I charged the car up in Bristol at a supercharger point and was absolutely gob smacked at seeing a Volvo plugged into one of the Tesla chargers !!

What ???

This is like someone stealing your petrol at a service station….

I hope the person that owns AE17 TEY has a good reason for using a Tesla supercharger.

A second Tesla owner pulled up and we proceeded to have a conversation about this,  we were both rather puzzled…..

It’s quite funny really, I guess I’ve joined the Unofficial Tesla Club…  whenever I charge my car and there’s another Tesla owner at the charging station we seem to strike up a conversation…  great fun.

Glasgow is a bit of a hike up the road from Bristol, normally I wouldn’t even consider going that distance in a car – just too tiring.

But I paid for the autopilot feature in my Tesla and I’ve been testing it out on this trip, and yes the car actually steers itself!!!  kind of self driving…  I have to say it makes long trips much more bearable and actually quite fun.

And it’s very safe by the way..

The great thing is since the car is driving itself it’s giving me the time to catch up on reading some books…

Don’t worry I’m not actually physically reading them with my hands nowhere near the steering wheel !!

I’m using Audible, which is a service which reads books out to you.

This is an absolutely brilliant app to use if do any kind of long distance travelling.

This means driving a car is no-longer wasted downtime, we are now able to timeshift.

So what books have I been reading on this trip ?

The Innovators

inovators

How a group of Hackers, Geniuses, and Geeks created the digital Revolution.
This is a very interesting book and tells the story about how our world of Digital Tech came about.

I’ve only read about a quarter of the book so far, covering the development of the computer and the transistor. The lessons I’ve learnt so far from this book are :

– don’t try to do everything yourself,  surround yourself with experts and motivate those experts to do brilliant work for you.

– also don’t get stuck in your own ways of doing things,  be prepared to admit that you’re wrong and be prepared to change how you do things.

Anyone Can Do It – my story by Duncan Bannatyne

anyonecando it

I just started reading this book this morning,  but so far I’ve learnt :

– you don’t need to be first to the market with an idea,  you just need to do it better than anybody else.

Gotta go now as the  networking event is about to start,
